パスタソースで炊き込みご飯が作れるというので試してみました
■パスタソースはどこでも手に入る
パスタソースって割とどこでもあるんですね。
コンビニでも売ってました。
■炊き込みご飯って簡単！？
パスタの元を米を炊く時に入れるだけとの事。
まずは、テレビで紹介していたという安心感から
明太パスタのソースで炊き込みご飯を作る方法を試してみました。
■材料
パスタソース
大根
米 （無洗米）
■パスタソース炊き込みご飯の作り方
米（3合）を入れて水を規定量まで入れます
適当に大根を切ります。
大根を入れて
明太子パスタの元を入れる
炊く
・
・
待つ
・
・
できあがり
炊けたら混ぜて出来上がりです。
■炊き込みご飯に合いそうな薬味を乗せる
見た目の影響が大きそうなので、
パスタソースに付いてたキザミノリ、大葉・葱・ゴマを乗せました
■パスタソース(明太子)の炊き込みご飯の味
普通においしい！
なんていうか、想像通りにおいしいタラコごはんって感じです。
たまたま買ったのが「ほんのりバター」だったのが功を奏して
後味にバターが香る非常に上品な味わいでした。
超簡単なのにおいしいです。
今回3合で一人前のパスタソースを使った為、
非常に上品な味になりましたが、2合位の方が良いと思います。
彼女の家に泊まった時にご飯がコレだったら、結婚も考えそうなレベルです。
■パスタソース(カニのトマトクリーム)で炊き込みご飯！！
ココまでは正直、予想ができた．．．というか、
想像できる味でおいしかったので．．．
■パスタソースはどれでも炊き込みご飯の元になるのか！？
試してみる事に！
ペペロンチーノ・カルボナーラ・バジルソース等々ありましたが、
一番ご飯とかけ離れてそうなソースを選んでみる事に
カニのトマトクリームパスタの元をチョイス
コレがイケるなら、他はもっと楽しめるはず！と思い
一番キツそうなところを作ってみる事にしました
食べ物であそぶな！と怒られる展開を想像してしまいますが・・・
きっちり食べきる事を誓い作りはじめます。
■パスタソース(カニのトマトクリーム)作り方
基本はおなじ
米を2号に減らしたのと
トマトと大根が合わなそうなんで、玉ねぎに変更！
炊く
・
・
待つ
・
・
できあがり
あけた瞬間にカニの匂いとトマトの酸味のある匂いが、
嫌な予感を増幅させます．．．
盛っていろいろ載せるとなんとかおいしそうに！！
■パスタソース(カニのトマトクリーム)炊き込みご飯の味
あれ・・・
あれっ！？
意外にもおいしい!?
炊き込みご飯とは全く言えませんが
どこかで食べた事のある味
チキンライス．．．
チキンの入っていないカニ風味のチキンライス！!
結論：カニの風味のするケチャップライス
玉子で包めば和風のオムレツになりそうです。

・無洗米を使えば超簡単
元のソースとトッピング次第で新しいおいしさに出会える予感がしますので、
他のソースをまたの機会に試してみたいと思います。
